1- Copy Scripts folder to C:\ 

You can change it , but you will need to change the path in the batch file also.

2- Import into task scheduler the xml file : update dyndns ip.xml

3- The short cut is because it can run the cmd in minimize mode , 

4- The script checks if New IP doesn't match with the old ip , it runs through API and update the list of hosts

5- script_log.txt only logs when change in IP occurs
